The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Bridget Whalen can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Dear Jane, Terry, Colleen and families, I was saddened to hear of Aunt Norine’s passing. I have so many happy memories of our families growing up in Batawa. We spent a lot of time at Aunt Norine’s and Uncle Gerald’s home, it was like our second home. Your mom always greeted us with a smile and an open door. She was truly a caring and kind person who never missed sending me a Birthday at Christmas card. I always knew Christmas and my birthday were getting close when the card arrived in the mail. I will cherish these memories of your Mom. She was dearly loved and will forever be in our hearts. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers today and always. Love Maureen
