Rushnell Family Services

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Aubrey Sharp can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Peter Filman
Condolence: My condolence to the family. I had the pleasure of living next door to Aubrey for 14 years. We had many a conversation out front of his house, as he enjoyed his pipe. Last summer while I was in town I dropped by to visit him, I am so very glad I did. This wonderful man will be very much missed. Rest in peace my friend.

Condolence: Love you, Grampa. I'm going to light a pipe and have some maple buds in your honour. I'll miss your smile and cackling laugh even when it was at my own expense. :) Say hi to Gramma for me.

Condolence: I have had the good fortune to have known Aubrey Sharp since 1982, and the good fortune to have been able to visit him recently. He was a kind man, a gentle man, and a gentle soul. Even in illness Aubrey was first and foremost a story teller with a wonderful sense of humour. Our condolences to Betty and to his family. We will miss him dearly.

Condolence: We will miss you Grandpa. It's nice to know you are in a better place and able to see Grandma Joan again. You were such a kind and funny man who sang us silly songs and bounced us on your knee. I will always remember watching funniest home videos with you and going to get fresh cut French fries at the Trenton side walk sale. Love you oxox
