The family of Kenneth and Betty Reid are grateful that their Dad and Mom are together at last. Betty Edith Reid passed away peacefully in Quinte Healthcare – Belleville General on Saturday, May 20th, 2017. Mom & Dad will once again garden together, share their love and catch up on the lives of their 8 children and many friends. Betty will be missed by her sister Mona Jackson of Acton Vale, Quebec and is predeceased by her 7 brothers and 2 sisters. Remembered with love by their 8 children: Helen Coles, Margaret Kuntze(Richard), Doug, Barbara Schwager(John), Carolyn Mountenay(Gord), Christene Gilbey(Stewart Korell), Kenneth (Dannielle Scott), Bonnie Barink(Ed) and 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A Graveside Service for Mom & Dad will take place on Saturday, June 24th, 2017 at 1 p.m. at White Lake Cemetery, Madoc followed by a Celebration of Their Lives at the Emmanuel United Church, Foxboro at 2 p.m.
