Obituary for Stuart John McArton

McArton, Stuart John Passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital while surrounded by his family on Sunday, July 26th, 2015, at the age of 97. Loving son of the late John and Jane McArton. Beloved husband of the late Ruth McArton (nee Matthews). Dear father of Marj Fleming (Alex), Bob (Susan), William (Elizabeth), and son-in-law David Sager (Eleanor). Proud grandpa of 9 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his daughter Joan Sager and by his brother Arthur. A celebration of Stuart’s life will be held at St. John’s Anglican Church, Stirling on Thursday, July 30th, 2015 at 11:00a.m. Reverend Nancy Beale officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. John’s Anglican Church would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the STIRLING FUNERAL CHAPEL 87 James St., Stirling (613-395-2424).
