Rushnell Family Services

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Douglas Diminie can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Stacey McKeown
Condolence: I had the pleasure of coaching Doug in softball with Special Olympics for several years. He was always enthusiastic, ready to learn and improve and cheered all his teammates on. He was always the first one to help me unload the gear and pack it up again at the end of the night. If I saw him in town, he always had a smile for me and we could chat about anything going on in his life or mine. He was a true joy to have around and will be missed by all who knew him.
