HEINZEL, Katharine (Katy)-
Of the Richmond Retirement Residence, passed away on Tuesday, October 18th, 2016 in her 90th year. Daughter of the late Theodore & Gertrud Schriefers. Loving wife of the late Hans Heinzel. Dear mother of Rolf (Kathlyn) of Wisconsin, USA, Olaf (Donna) of Kitchener and Karen Heinzel (Marise) of Belleville. Proud grandmother to Sean (Julie), Célina and great grandmother to Halei, Oscar and Lindsey. Predeceased by her sister Wilma and brother Hans of Germany. In keeping with Katharine’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to BELLEVILLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL LTD 68 N. Front St. Belleville (613-968-5080). Katharine’s remains will be laid to rest at a later date alongside her late husband in Sault Ste. Marie. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or charity of choice are appreciated.
