Obituary for Doreen Anne Johnstone (Gordon)

JOHNSTONE, Doreen Anne (Gordon) – It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Doreen at home on Wednesday, March 1st, 2017, in her 81st year. Survived by her loving husband Kenneth Johnstone. Predeceased by her parents, Belford and Maggie Gordon. Beloved mother to Nancy and Blair (Jolanda). Doreen will be greatly missed by her siblings Heather (Peter), Joan (Neil), Andrew (Heather), Ronald (Lilly), Robert and predeceased by George and Leonard. Doreen was a proud member of the Stitchery Guild, Belleville General Hospital Volunteers, and Beta-Sigma-Phi. Visitation will be held at JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588) on Sunday March 5th, 2017 from 7-9 p.m. and on Monday, March 6th, 2017 from 10-11 a.m. Funeral Services will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, March 6th, 2017 at 11:00 am. The family would like to thank the Hospital staff, VON and the Hospice volunteers who helped Doreen in her time of illness.
