VANDERWERFF, Pieter – entered into rest at the Trent Valley Lodge, Trenton on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018. Peter Vanderwerff of Trenton in his 92nd year. Son of the late Sake and Dieuwke (Broersma) Vanderwerff. Beloved husband of the late Inez (Waite) Vanderwerff. Loved father of Sandor (Joanne) Vanderwerff of Brampton; Wayne (Adriana) Vanderwerff of Prince George, BC; Anne (Kurtis) Ateah of Winnipeg, MB; and stepfather of June (Dale) Booth of Ajax, Dorothy Fielding (Luke Wierda) of Trenton, Don (Kathy) Ingram of Orillia, Douglas Ingram of Belleville and the late Marlene (surviving John) LaRose of Trenton. Survived by brother Jacob (Tet) Vanderwerff and sister Ann Vanderwerff; both of Holland and grandchildren Angela, late Christopher, Sara, Steven, Kimberly, Caleb, Jubal, Gloria, Quinn, Jayden, Shayna and great-grandchildren Elizabeth, Benjamin, Ava, Zoey, Reid, Juniper, Ariel, Bryan and Stephanie. Resting at the Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church, 18 Fourth Avenue, Trenton on Monday, April 23rd, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Funeral Service to follow at 1:30 p.m. Pastor Marc Hoogstad officiating.
